All messaging transmitted via the platform - regardless of use case or phone number type (e.g., long code, or toll-free) - need to comply with the Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging as well as the CAN-SPAM Act.
All A2P messages originating from the system are subject to this Messaging Policy, which covers messaging rules and /or prohibitions regarding:
Consent (“opt-in”): Consent can't be bought, sold, or exchanged. For example, you can't obtain the consent of message recipients by purchasing a phone list from another party or an email list from a list broker. Emails and SMS should only be sent to verifiable opted-in contacts.
SMS Revocation of Consent (“opt-out”): The initial SMS message that you send to an individual needs to include the following language: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe,” or an equivalent wording so that Individuals have the ability to revoke consent at any time by replying with a standard opt-out keyword.
Sender Identification: Every initial message you send must clearly identify you (the party that obtained the opt-in from the recipient) as the sender, except in follow-up messages of an ongoing conversation.
Messaging Usage: You should not be sending email or SMS messages in any way related to alcohol, firearms, gambling, tobacco, or other adult content.
Filtering Evasion: As noted above, we do not allow content that has been specifically designed to evade detection by unwanted messaging detection and prevention mechanisms. This includes intentionally misspelled words or non-standard opt-out phrases which have been specifically created with the intent to evade these mechanisms. We do not permit snowshoeing, which is defined as spreading similar or identical messages across many phone numbers with the intent or effect of evading unwanted messaging detection and prevention mechanisms.
This policy applies to all customers who use our ProfitSystems.io messaging services in order to safeguard their messaging capabilities and services.
When we identify a violation of these principles, where possible, we will work with customers in good faith to get them back into compliance with the messaging policy.
However, to protect the continued ability of all our customers to freely use messaging for legitimate purposes, we reserve the right to suspend or remove access to the platform for customers or customers’ end users’ that we determine are not complying with the Messaging Policy, or who are not following the law in any applicable area or applicable communications industry guidelines or standards, in some instances with limited notice in the case of serious violations of this policy.
Almost every feature is included within your ProfitSystems.io subscription at no additional expense except for the use of the following OPTIONAL features which are charged in USD on a pay-per-use basis (in order to keep the subscription investment low for customers who do not plan to use these features):
AI Content Generation
Unless otherwise noted (such as with the Local Business VIP plan or the A.I. Ad Creation and Optimization and Growth Tool features) any A.I. content created within text editors such as the blog post writer and the social media planner etc. will be charged at a rate of $0.45/1000 words (or $10 for 22,220 words) and $0.3/image generated (or $10 for 35 images)
Emails
Email marketing is provided on a pay-as-you use basis (charged at $0.0068/email (or $10 per 1470 emails) instead of how most platforms approach it where they pre-charge your for a certain amount of emails per month regardless of whether you send that many that month or not. Unlike those companies, we don't believe you should be paying for charges you aren't using.
Phone calls
Similar to our approach to emails, phone calls are charged in a pay-as-you use manner (at $0.056/minute to make calls from the platform (or $1.68 per 24 minutes), and $0.0425/minute to receive calls (or $1.65 per 39 minutes) through the platform.
SMS Text Messages
Are charged in a pay-as-you-use manner at $0.0395/segment

AI Google Review Responses
Charged at $0.24/response (or $10 for 40 review responses)
Premium Automation Triggers & Actions
(Similar to what Zapier provides) are charged at $0.05/premium action (or $10 for 200 premium automation actions)
WhatsApp Conversations
(via Meta) are charged at $0.222 per conversation (or $10 for 45 conversations)
WhatsApp Conversation
Charged at $0.37 per conversation ($10 will give about 25 WhatsApp conversations)
Funnel AI
Charged at $2.97 per funnel AI use ($10 will give about 5 funnel AI uses)
Reviews AI
Charged at $0.4 per review ($10 will give about 25 review responses)
Conversation AI
Charged at $0.1 per message ($10 will give about 100 messages)
Workflow AI
Charged at $0.15 per GPT 4 and GPT 4o execution and $0.075 per GPT 3.5 and 4o Mini execution ($10 for 65 GPT 4 and 4o execution or 135 GPT 3.5 & 4o Mini executions)
These fees will be deducted from an account's credit balance (i.e. account wallet) which can be viewed (and refilled) at anytime from within the account settings > billing section.
